The FetishBitch label, is our own unique designer label, all clothing and accessories with the fetishbitch label are designed and manufactured by us "Shaz n Chel" (mum and daughter team). We are qualified fashion designers with HNDs in Fashion and many years in the retail trade too. We are in the process of expanding, we are currently moving to new larger premises that will encorporate both our clubwear and kids wear.
A lot of our clothing is made from lycra dancewear fabric of which is a snug fit, great to dance in and stretches with ease.
WE RECOMMEND on light and dark colour mixes, DRY CLEAN ONLY, due to people not washing separately or using to hot wash...WE STRESS!
The camo range is cotton fabric trimmed with lycra edging. The boot covers are longpile faux fur.
If we have forgotten to put in the type of fabric in the item description and you want more info, then please ask, but take into account, most clothing is to dance in and we use mainly lycra for this reason.
If you are buying as a gift, we can in some circumstances discuss returns, or exchanges or credit notes for future purchases, do not return any items without our approval first.
We are very decent lasses and in some caese we may assist in a swap, but please do not abuse this, as we work very hard to achieve what you ask for. Any items that are returned with our approval beforehand, must be sent recorded or special delivery, with ebay id and item number. Returned items are subject to a 10% surcharge to enable us to relist the item or cover the fees your purchse has cost us. We are not responsible for postage costs on any returned goods and in the event of a refund, post costs will be deducted from the amount of refund.
Ordering Post and delivery details, once you are totally happy with your choice, purchase your item, send all size details requested and a date you need the outfit. We normally dispatch your order within 7 days. BUT due to high workloads, this may not always be the case, so WE STRESS: please order your gear in good time of your event to avoid dissappointment. URGENT last minute orders: we advise you to mail or call us on 07910310839 to confirm we can get your items made in time. DONT FORGET: all goods have to be made and we do like to sleep now and again. IF you are wanting something at very short notice we recommend you opt for special delivery, as this is a 1 day postal service (wthin the UK), please ask and we will ammend your bill to special delivery rate
Payment Options: We accept paypal, postal orders, cheques (please note, we will not dispatch until it has been banked and cleared, so allow approx 10 days for goods to arrive)...if you pay by E-Cheque on paypal, again items will not be posted out until it has cleared. We also accept credit/debit card transactions, via Paypal on this website.
International Buyers: We do not accept anything but GB pounds, as it costs us to much to covert foreign currency.
